Atas undangan dari Spicy Disc Co. Ltd., White Shoes & The Couples Company akan tampil dalam sebuah festival musik 3 hari “The Melody of Life Music Festival” di Central World Plaza, Bangkok, Thailand. Festival musik internasional ini diadakan untuk pertama kalinya, bertempat di pelataran pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di Bangkok, Central World Plaza. Festival ini sedianya dilangsungkan pada tanggal 29 Sep – 1 Okt 2006, tapi berhubung adanya situasi politik yang berakibat pergantian pemerintahan di Thailand, maka festival ini diundur menjadi tanggal 21 – 23 Oktober 2006. White Shoes & The Couples Company akan bermain pada hari ke 2 festival di panggung utama yaitu hari Sabtu, 21 Okt 2006 selama 45 menit.
Untuk show di Bangkok ini White Shoes & The Couples Company dibantu oleh Donny Hermawan pada clarinet dan flute, juga seorang musisi senior, Riza Arsyad.

Bulan Oktober ini, White Shoes & The Couples Company sedang dalam persiapan merekam 2 buah lagu. Lagu pertama akan direkam untuk sebuah proyek kompilasi TRIBUTE TO NAIF dan lagu kedua adalah sebuah lagu baru untuk sebuah proyek album kompilasi KAMPUS 24 JAM HITS bersama para kerabat dari kampus IKJ.

With an invitation from Spicy Disc Co. Ltd., White Shoes & The Couples Company will be having a show in a 3 days music festival “The Melody of Life” at The Central World Plaza, Bangkok, Thailand. This event will be held for the first time located at the parking lot of the biggest shopping mall in Bangkok, Central World Plaza. Before, the organizer have planned to held the event on 29 Sep – 1 Oct 2006, but because of the political situation that causes a government transition, so they moved the show date to 20 – 22 Oct 2006. White Show & The Couples Company will be on stage at the second day of festival at the main stage on Saturday, October 21st.
For this show, White Shoes & The Couples Company have got a big support from Donny Hermawan who will be play alto sax and flute on stage with us, and also one senior musician, Riza Arsyad.
It’s a Free Concert.

This October, White Shoes & The Couples Company are in preparation to record two songs. The first song will be recorded for a compilation album project TRIBUTE TO NAIF and the second song is a new song for a compilation album project KAMPUS 24 JAM HITS with our fellow friends from Jakarta Art Institute (IKJ).
